Are you looking to Sell?

Very often people attempt to sell a plane on their own. Although this is something that many do successfully, it often leaves people wondering if they got the right price for their plane. Did they accept an offer too low? Did they agree to things which caused the sale to drag on too long? Did they end up having to fix things that they were never sure really needed fixing in order to close the deal?

By using us as a broker, we act on your behalf. We have seen it all…the tire kickers, the non-good faith deposits, the offer too good to be true, the complainer, the never ending negotiators, and the list goes on.

  When you are selling your plane you first want to know what it is really worth.  Don’t ever confuse the Blue Book value with the market value. These are two very different things. Setting the right price on your plane will either make or break your selling experience.

We have years of experience in helping customers determine the right price for their aircraft, placing the appropriate advertising to attract the best buyers. Once interest has been generated, we help you negotiate by advising you on what is considered acceptable and not in the purchase and sale experience, we will also help you determine what is considered normal and not when the buyer comes back with a list of things they “would like” to have done before closing. We will also go over their pre-purchase to make sure that the inspection that was performed is not stating that something should be done just to make the buyer happy.

When you use us to broker your plane, our fees are often more than not paid for by either the price you get when selling or the savings you receive when buying.
