Dave is an industry veteran in New England's aviation community. After learning to fly from his father and first taking the controls when he was 3 years old, he earned his FAA Private Pilot’s certificate in 1979, Commercial Multi- engine and CFII by 1985, Airframe & Powerplant in 1987 and Inspector Authorization in 1990. David served with the NH Air National Guard, retiring as a E7 Master Sargent. Upon the loss of his father in 2002, Dave purchased the company that his father had spent his life building. Since then, Emerson Aviation has grown to become a true full service general aviation operator offering all the services that you would expect.

At home, David is a well liked and personable individual maintaining many long term friendships with the people he has known throughout his life. He keeps himself fit by working the 30 acres of land he purchased in 1999 and has built his custom log home where he and his wife live and enjoy the few brief moments they have when they can escape the demands of their business.

Dave Emerson’s wife of 41 plus years, has 40 years of concierge experience. She has been in customer service as a bar manager at a local restaurant, for 19 years. At the age of  30 she started taking flying lessons, she received her private pilot certificate in May of 1995. As an active member of the Emerson Aviation staff since 2004, she has been arranging rental cars and hotel accommodations, entering all the accounts receivable and payables, and processing payroll. In her free time she enjoys hiking, snowshoeing, gardening.

Staci Schoenrock started her flying career at University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, ND majoring in Aviation Education and earning her private, commercial and CFII pilot licenses.  After completing her studies, she was then hired for flight training on a full-time basis at Airways Aviation Center in Grand Rapids, MN. It was her family responsibilities that brought her to New Hampshire in 2006 where she applied for employment at Emerson Aviation. She was hired as a full-time flight instructor and quickly moved up the ranks as Emerson Aviation’s Chief Pilot. With the respect of her peers, students and the experience of New England flying weather was promoted onto Emerson’s Air Taxi Certificate and Chief Pilot. She is a FAASTeam Representative giving pilots valuable aviation information though seminars and one on one counseling.
